Strategic Plan

The RFC spent 18 months in 2023 and 2024 engaged in a strategic planning process. The document that came out of that process identifies key goals, as well as strategies and resources, for the next five years (2024-2028) of the RFC. The process was a deeply engaging one, which included input from donors and beneficiaries as well the RFC's Board. The process resulted in a plan that we are committed to using in our daily work to help guide key decisions.

The strategic plan was approved by the RFC Board in July 2024.

This strategic plan replaces our previous strategic plan, which was drafted in 2017 and 2018 and approved by the Board in January 2019.
