Jennifer Meeropol is the granddaughter of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg and the daughter of RFC Founder, Robert Meeropol. Jenn became the Executive Director of the RFC on September 1, 2013. Like many of you, my family watched the clock tick down to the end of Barack Obama's presidency, hoping that in his final hours he would act to exonerate my grandmother, Ethel Rosenberg. Though that didn't happen, I hope you'll take a moment to read my father and uncle's thoughts below, about what this campaign did achieve.

Around the December holidays, the campaign to exonerate my grandmother, Ethel Rosenberg, got a huge boost:
On Thursday, December 1st, my father and uncle will travel to the White House to make a public plea to President Obama to exonerate my grandmother, Ethel Rosenberg, and to deliver our petition with 40,000 signatures.
On September 28, 2015 (which would have been my grandmother’s 100th birthday) Members of the New York City Council issued a proclamation which declared the U.S. government, “wrongfully executed Ethel Rosenberg.” The proclamation concluded, “now therefore BE IT KNOWN: That we, the undersigned Members of the New York City Council, honor the life and memory of Ethel Rosenberg in observance of the 100th anniversary of her birth.”
This October 1&2, the Rosenberg Fund for Children is proud to support Sankofa.org's groundbreaking "Many Rivers to Cross" Social Justice Music and Arts Festival. Taking place in Chattahoochee Hills, GA – just outside of Atlanta – “Many Rivers to Cross” will be the largest multi-generational music and arts festival dedicated to progressive social change.
